Purpose of the Website

• To provide information relevant to the management of animals for the general public, and other animal management officers.


• To provide information relevant to the management of animals for the use by Local Authorities (Councils etc), to assist in their understanding of their role in the community as per Federal and State Legislation for all animals.


• To provide comment on animal management documentation that is currently in public circulation, issued by the DLG (Dept of Local Government) and their Advisory Board, and to highlight the irregularities and errors in such documents, making some FLAWED regarding those instruments that conflicts with ‘BLACK LETTER LAW’  mandated in legislation encompassing Animal Management in NSW and Australia.


• To provide clarification to residents, of a Council's (All Councils) responsibilities with regard to Animal Management responsibilities, in their councils “Areas of Control”.
